Graduate Class: Foundations of Computational Biology

This class deals with application of equilibrium and nonequilibrium statistical mechanics to biological systems. Topics include proteins and membranes, molecular motors and molecular transport, stochastic modeling, biological oscillations and soft matter mechanics.
