ArtBot Project
Fall 2006
Students designed ArtBots, mobile robots capable of producing art on a white, horizontal canvas. The robots were required to have at least two different actuators and two different sensors. In addition, there had to be some degree of randomness built into the making of the art. On Friday, Dec. 8, an ArtBot show was held to present the robots themselves and their art-making talents. Below are pictures of the students and their ArtBots, as well as the images they produced (you can click on any picture to view it full size).
